Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients, any vegetables and chicken breasts.
Step 2:
We take the chicken breast, if it is frozen, defrost it, if chilled, rinse it well. For a family, of course, you will need chicken breasts by the number of households. You can take absolutely any vegetables that are found in the house. Frozen vegetables can be used in winter, fresh in summer.
Step 3:
If small, fresh potatoes are used, it is enough to wash them well and cut them into two or three parts, it is not necessary to clean them.
Step 4:
Carrots are washed, cleaned and cut into long large strips. If the carrots are fresh and small, then they can also be baked whole.
Step 5:
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
Step 6:
Pumpkin will add tenderness to the dish, so we will also add it, cut it into small cubes. You can use frozen pumpkin. Bulgarian pepper will give a pleasant taste and aroma to the dish, cut it into strips. You can also use frozen. The form is watered with olive oil, it is more useful. Put the chicken breast in the center. We spread vegetables around: potatoes, carrots.
Step 7:
Sprinkle on top with halves of onion rings, pumpkin cubes and bell pepper. Lubricate the chicken breast with sour cream, it will make the meat softer and more tender during baking. Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Mix the vegetables. Fans of soy sauce, can sprinkle them with a dish.
Step 8:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The form with chicken and vegetables is covered with foil and put in the oven for 35 minutes. Then remove the foil and let the dish brown for about 10 minutes. Serve, sprinkled with finely chopped green onions or dill and parsley, with sauce or mayonnaise if desired.
