Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make chicken in beer in the oven? Prepare the products. You can take a whole chicken carcass, and any parts of it. In this recipe I use chicken drumsticks. Rinse the chicken in running water and dry it well with a paper towel so that no excess moisture remains on it. Put all the pieces in a spacious bowl.
Step 2:
Sprinkle the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Mix well by rubbing the spices into the chicken. Try to make sure that the spices are evenly distributed over all the pieces. Leave the chicken to stand for an hour.
Step 4:
Prepare a baking dish for baking. Put the chicken drumsticks in it.
Step 5:
Pour all the beer so that the chicken is half in it. Put the form with the chicken in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 1 hour. Periodically open the oven and pour the chicken with the resulting sauce or just turn over all the pieces. To check the chicken for readiness, pierce it with a knife. If the light juice is released, then the chicken is ready.
Step 6:
The finished chicken turns out ruddy and very appetizing. It can be served as an independent snack, or supplemented with any side dish, for example, potatoes or rice. Serve the chicken hot. Bon appetit!
Don't be afraid that alcohol is used in the recipe. During baking, the alcohol itself will fade, and the malt flavor from the beer will remain.
For cooking chicken in beer, choose light beers. On dark beer, the chicken will be bitter.
And take the chicken itself chilled, which has not yet been frozen.
You can diversify the recipe with any spices to your liking. For a richer flavor, you can add a little chopped garlic to the chicken.
In addition to the dish, prepare a salad of fresh vegetables or sliced vegetables.
After cooking the chicken in this way, you will not want to return to the usual baking.
Cook with pleasure and delight your loved ones!
