Cooking method
Cooking method:
1.Cut the butter into small pieces and divide the chocolate bar into smaller squares, put everything together in a saucepan and melt over very low heat, stirring constantly. You can also melt butter with chocolate in a microwave oven or in a water bath. Pour the mixture into a convenient container such as a saucepan or a small ladle, from which nuno will then inject chocolate into the egg mixture and put it to cool to a temperature slightly above room temperature.
2.Beat eggs with a pinch of salt into a light foam, it takes about 1-2 minutes, add sugar and beat again until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3.Continuing to beat the egg mass, gradually pour in a thin stream of cooled chocolate mixture with butter. It is necessary to beat the mass until a uniform color.
4.Sift wheat flour into the egg-chocolate mass and beat until smooth, so that no lumps remain for about another 1-2 minutes.
5.Add bananas cut into small pieces to the resulting dough and mix gently with a spoon, trying not to damage the pieces of bananas and making sure that the pieces do not stick together and are evenly covered with dough.
6. Liberally lubricate any baking dish with butter, sprinkle well with flour, shake out excess flour, cover with baking paper. The recipe uses a 22x26 cm shape and plain baking paper without non-stick coating. This method makes it easy to remove the pie from the mold after baking without damaging the pie, sticking the paper to the pie and to the mold.
7.Pour the dough into a mold, smooth it out and put it in a preheated oven.
8.Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes at 160 C. Readiness is determined by pressing the pie from above. It should spring slightly. At the same time, the middle should be wetter and softer than the edges.
9.You can remove the pie from the mold after it cools down.
