Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making a cake. I usually start this cake by making cream. For the cream, it is better to take homemade fatty milk, if you do not like homemade, buy milk with a fat content of at least 3.2%. Take a saucepan and pour 250 ml of milk into it, put it on the stove.
Step 2:
When the milk is well heated, but has not yet boiled, add sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa to it and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved. When everything has dissolved well, let the mass boil for 2 minutes. Add the butter, mix the mixture well until the oil dissolves and remove from the stove.
Step 3:
Add 35 grams of starch to the remaining 250 ml of milk and mix well until the starch is completely dissolved in milk. Starch dissolved in milk is added to the milk-chocolate mixture, turn on the gas and bring to a boil. Let the cream boil and cook after boiling over low heat for 5 minutes, remove from heat, let the cream cool on the kitchen table and after cooling we send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 4:
While the cream cools down, let's prepare the cakes. To do this, beat the eggs with a mixer at medium speed for 3 minutes. Add condensed milk, vanilla sugar and mix everything well again. Sift the flour with baking powder (depending on the quality of the flour, it may take from 1 to 1.5 cups), we get a sufficiently liquid, flowing dough.
Step 5:
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and bake 3 cakes in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Let the finished cakes cool down and form a cake.
Step 6:
We lubricate the cakes and the side surface of the cake with chocolate custard, decorate the top with coconut chips and chopped walnuts in any order and send it to the refrigerator to soak for at least 2 hours, after which we serve the cake to the table.
Step 7:
Condensed milk cake with chocolate custard is ready! Bon appetit!
