Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
1.The preparation of focaccia of course begins with the preparation of the dough . Let's go! In the sifted flour, add yeast, 1 tablespoon of salt, water and olive oil. We knead everything to the state of the dough. Cover and leave our dough for 1 hour.
Step 2:
2.After an hour, we lubricate the parchment with oil and spread our dough on it, pre-shaping it. Cover with cling film and leave for about 30 minutes.
Step 3:
3. While the dough is coming, we will cook rosemary cheese. Grate the cheese on a grater, and separate the rosemary leaves from the twig.
Step 4:
4. Half an hour has passed. We remove the film from the dough. We push small depressions in the dough with our fingers to relief our bread. Sprinkle cheese and rosemary on top. Gordon advises adding a little bit of sea salt .I didn't have one, so I added pink salt. It is quite possible to do without this step. I'll grease the edges of the focaccia a little for better baking. Ready! You can put it in the oven: without blowing - for 25 minutes at t 200C, with blowing - at t 180C.

In fact, it is a bread recipe, but at the same time a snack recipe - a wonderful focaccia with parmesan and rosemary. Amazing pastries that Gordon Ramsay himself offers us to make! No matter how it sounds - today we have a check of the master's recipe
Baking is my weakness, but you've probably noticed that already. The channel has already presented a pizza recipe, now a focaccia recipe, but already as a test of Gordon Ramsay's recipe. Focaccia is often used as bread in Italy, and this is not surprising. In this recipe you will see that focaccia's dough recipe is very similar to the pizza dough recipe. Italian cuisine is really replete with dough of various variations, what are the sheets of lasagna dough worth!
Bon appetit, dear friends! Serve with olive oil ! Always Yours, Old Sam.
