Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. All ingredients stored in the refrigerator for the preparation of yeast dough should be at room temperature.
Step 2:
Pour vegetable oil, milk heated to 30 degrees into the bowl of the slow cooker (it can be heated in a microwave oven for 15 seconds at medium power). We drive in a chicken egg. Wheat flour is pre-sifted, it is better to do it repeatedly to saturate the flour with oxygen and make it more airy. Pour dry yeast on top, put them in the center of the flour. Add sugar and salt, lay them in different directions.
Step 3:
Turn on the "dough" program for an hour and a half. When the dough is kneaded, periodically check the condition of the dough, you may need to add flour. Because the density of flour is different from manufacturers, and it may need more. The dough should be collected in a tight ball. We leave the dough for the specified time, it should rise well.
Step 4:
Leave the butter at room temperature, it should be softened, but not melted. When the dough is ready, we begin to form buns.
Step 5:
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a layer with a thickness of at least 0.5 centimeters. Lubricate the dough with softened butter.
Step 6:
Sprinkle ground cinnamon and sugar on top.
Step 7:
Fold the dough layer into a roll, gently pressing the edge and ends of the roll. Cut the roll into pieces about 3 centimeters wide. We fix one end a little so that the filling does not leak out onto the baking sheet during baking.
Step 8:
Put the pieces of the roll with a closed slice down on a greased baking sheet. We give the buns blanks to stand at room temperature for a slight rise. Grease them with a beaten chicken egg with a fork on top and send them to a preheated 180 oven for 25 minutes.
Step 9:
Take out the rosy buns and serve them to the table, with tea, cocoa, coffee or milk. Bon appetit!
