Desserts are an integral part of the menu. They boost mood and also add variety to the diet. Purchased sweets are often not the most beneficial for health. Therefore, sweets prepared at home are much healthier and safer, especially for children. The proposed recipe describes a way to prepare a very tasty dessert of apples and oatmeal. It takes very little time to cook. This recipe is a lifesaver for those who want to cook something delicious and healthy, but do not spend half a day on cooking.
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. It is better to do this in advance, since you need to put the ingredients in an already hot oven.
2. Meanwhile, my apples are cleaned from the skin. Cut each apple in half, cut out the core with the seeds. Cut the apples into small cubes.
3. We put the apples in a deep bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, add spices to them: cinnamon and cardamom. Mix with a wooden or silicone spatula.
4. Here we pour flour and sugar. Mix again. Set aside.
5. In a separate bowl, add the softened butter and pour brown sugar. Rub the mass with a spoon.
6. Here we also pour oats and oat flour, as well as salt. Mix it up. The mixture should not be too crumbly. It resembles cookie dough in consistency.
7. We put the apples in a baking dish. Spread the oatmeal mixture on top of the apples. Leveling up.
8. We send the mold to the oven, bake for 30-35 minutes. The surface should become golden, and the apples should be tender.
We serve dessert in a warm form. You can serve it on your own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
