Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepared the necessary products for making zucchini roll. Pre-fried onions, carrots, mushrooms in a frying pan. The cooled filling was transferred to a separate plate.
Step 2:
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3:
Grate zucchini on a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Salt and let stand for 10 minutes to extract the juice. I drain this juice.
Step 5:
Add chicken eggs and chopped greens to the squeezed zucchini.
Step 6:
Flour, baking powder, spices.
Step 7:
Mix everything into a homogeneous mass.
Step 8:
I spread the finished mass on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat and distribute everything evenly.I put it to bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven. Bake until golden brown.
Step 9:
I take the squash cake out of the oven, spread the filling of carrots, onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese (I leave a little cheese to decorate the roll).
Step 10:
Turning into a roll.
Step 11:
I grease the roll with sour cream on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 12:
Put it back in the oven for 5-7 minutes to form a golden crust.
Step 13:
I take the roll out of the oven, let it cool completely.
Step 14:
Cut and serve to the table. Bon appetit!!!
Zucchini roll is prepared quite simply, it turns out delicious, beautiful and cheap, can be served as a snack or as an independent dish.
