Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Beat the eggs with a mixer into a fluffy foam, gradually add vanilla and sugar.
Step 2:
In another bowl, combine flour with baking powder and chopped (but not into flour) nuts.
Step 3:
Melt the butter and cool slightly, pour in the eggs, add the milk and mix everything. Add the nut-flour mixture and mix again. Flour may take a little more or a little less: be guided by the consistency of the dough. It should be about like sour cream.
Step 4:
The baking dish should be covered with parchment. Bake in the oven, preheated to 200 C for 25-30 minutes (Until a dry match).
There is no need to chop nuts too much, so I do not use a blender for this purpose, but chop nuts with a knife.
Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
So that the oven has time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before cooking).
