Baked apple with honey and cinnamon

Cooking method
1. Cut off the top of the apple. Carefully cut out the pulp from the core in small pieces. It is better to do this with a spoon. We throw away the bones, and leave the pieces of pulp.
2. Pieces of apple pulp are mixed with cinnamon and honey.
3. We put the filling in the apple.
4. Cover the top with strips of puff pastry. Lubricate with egg.
5. Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon.
6. Put in the oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serve better with a scoop of ice cream.
