Cooking method
1. Put a piece of butter and a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the diced potatoes a little and put them in pots.
2. Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots. Vegetables are also fried and added to the pot to the potatoes.
3. Wash chanterelles and cook in salt water for half an hour. Spread on a layer of onions and carrots. Salt to taste. Add dry spices.
4. Mix sour cream with finely chopped herbs and garlic. Pour into pots.
5. We send it to the oven for 20 minutes, cook at a temperature of 180 degrees.
