The culinary recipe for this pie was suggested by my neighbor. Meat pie belongs to the category of fast and delicious food, as there is a ready-made puff pastry in the recipe. It is not a shame to serve such a pie to unexpectedly appeared guests. First we prepare the filling for the pie. Mix minced meat with chopped garlic cloves, chopped capers, ground cinnamon, black pepper and dried coriander. The filling should be homogeneous. The finished puff pastry is rolled out with a rolling pin in one direction. Then we cut out two circles with the diameter of the baking dish from it. We put one circle on the bottom of the oiled mold. Next, sprinkle with flour and spread the filling, distributing evenly over the shape. Cover with a second round of dough. Pinch the edges of the pie and prick the surface of the pie with a fork. Lightly lubricate the top of the pie with vegetable oil. Bake the meat pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, until a golden crust appears. We cut the meat pie into segments and serve it on the table, bon appetit!
