Step-by-step cooking
First, soak the semolina in yogurt for half an hour. Then add eggs, vanilla, sugar, baking powder and slightly warmed margarine to them. Mix everything well. You should get a thin dough.
Smear a little baking dish, and then lightly sprinkle with semolina. Pour our dough into the molds and bake the pie at 180 degrees until ready. How do I know that the mannikin is ready? With a wooden stick! Or you can do it the old–fashioned way - with a match or a toothpick. If they are dry, then the cake is ready!
And when it's ready, we'll take it out of the oven. To make it even tastier and more interesting, smear another hot mannikin with jam, or condensed milk, or sprinkle with nuts.
