1. Pour gelatin into a bowl, fill with water (100 ml will be enough), leave for swelling. You need to act according to the instructions on the package, each brand has its own.
2. Swollen gelatin is heated in a water bath or in a microwave, stir. It is necessary to bring the mass to uniformity so that all the crystals completely dissolve. It is impossible to boil in any case! Then cool a little, approximately to room temperature.
3. We put sour cream in a bowl, pour kefir here, pour sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the ingredients with an electric mixer at maximum power for about five minutes.
4. Without ceasing to beat the milk mass, pour gelatin in a thin stream, continue to beat for another couple of minutes. At this stage, you can give color and flavor to the delicacy with the help of berries or chocolate.
5. The resulting mass is laid out in cremans, sent to the refrigerator for three hours to solidify. The solidification time depends on the quality of the gelatin, and ranges from one to three hours.
6. We decorate the finished dessert to taste. Alternatively, you can take a mint leaf, fresh berries, grated chocolate or chopped nuts. The main thing is to be guided by your taste preferences and imagination.
