Step 1:

Many already know how to make ice cream. The basic concept is to whisk a frozen banana in a blender. It turns out a soft texture of ice cream. By adding other ingredients, you can even achieve the taste of traditional ice cream (in the case of adding coconut milk and peanut paste).
First of all we prepare bananas. They should be well ripened, have a yellow or brown color. The more mature the fruit, the more caramelized the taste of the ice cream will be. Green bananas are not suitable, because, after cooking, they will give an unpleasant, tart taste to the dessert. Therefore, it is better to leave the bananas for 1 day at room temperature so that they ripen. After that, we peel them. Cut into small pieces. We put it in a container or a bag or just on a plate and send it to the freezer overnight.
