Step-by-step cooking
Boil the beetroot and cut into thin slices. Put it on a dish in any order so that there are gaps. For example, you can lay out criss-cross.
Chop the cabbage and put it in the gaps between the beets. Grate the carrots and sprinkle them over the cabbage. Sprinkle with parsley and green onions on top.
Thinly slice the onion into half rings, sprinkle on top.
Squeeze garlic on beetroot, sprinkle with hard cheese, basil, black pepper and sea salt.
For dressing, mix honey, wine vinegar and olive oil.
Pour the dressing over the snack and let it brew for 20 minutes.
Decorate with a beetroot rose.
