  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

I would like to share with you one of my most favorite recipes and tell you how to make a pastry sausage from cookies. There are many options for its preparation, here is one of them. So let's get started. Put the cookies in a large bowl.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Crumble it with a wooden rolling pin. You can do this by putting cookies in a bag. It is not necessary to turn cookies into flour – there should be pieces of different sizes.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Sift cocoa through a strainer into a deep iron bowl, add sugar.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Here we pour in the milk and mix everything. We put this mixture on medium heat, wait for boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook with constant stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

This is the kind of chocolate sauce we get.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Fry peanuts in a dry frying pan while stirring until cooked. Soak the raisins in hot water, rinse and dry.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Mix nuts and raisins with cookies and fill everything with chocolate sauce. Mix well.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Pour out the condensed milk, mix.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Add the melted butter, cut into pieces. Mix well again.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

This is the kind of sandy chocolate mass we should get.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

We divide the whole mass into 3 parts of the part. From each part we form a dense sausage of medium diameter and wrap it in food wrap (foil). We send the blanks to the freezer for 2 hours, then transfer them to the refrigerator and wait for another 2 hours.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

We take the sausage out of the refrigerator, remove the food film and cut into circles of small thickness. We arrange everything beautifully on a platter and serve it to the table.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

    Have a nice tea party!

Back in school, during labor lessons, we diligently tried to cook a "Chocolate sausage". Then this simple recipe seemed unusually complicated: the sauce will burn, then the sausage will not be molded… Many years later, I accidentally stumbled upon this recipe, and decided to cook that "harmful" dessert after all. It turned out to be easy and simple - as you have already noticed! The recipe of this pastry sausage made of cookies is unique in the sense that both adults and children like it equally. This dish is suitable both for a festive table and for everyday tea drinking. Also a nice point is that this dessert, prepared by yourself at home, will cost you much cheaper than if you buy it in a store. In general, there are many advantages of this dish, but there are no disadvantages! Try it - and you will understand everything for yourself!
