Strawberry parfait with cream and cream cheese in cream bowls

Cooking method
In a small bowl, combine the chopped strawberries with sugar, and leave for half an hour to let the juice flow. This will be a strawberry layer.
In a separate container, combine cream cheese with yogurt and cream, add vanilla extract, sugar and salt. Using a whisk, beat until smooth. It will be a creamy layer.
We spread the crumbled cookies on the bottom of the cremans. Shake lightly to distribute the layer as evenly as possible. Next, we spread the cream layer so that it is approximately the same in thickness as the previous one. The next layer is spread with strawberries. Thus we alternate layers.
Sprinkle the finished parfait with crumbs and decorate with a whole strawberry berry.
