Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a layered salad with chicken, pineapples and champignons? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Any cheese for a salad is suitable, as long as it is well grated on a grater. Choose light mushrooms, without darkening and damage.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

To prepare the salad, boil the eggs and chicken fillet. To do this, boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Boil the chicken fillet in boiling water for 25-30 minutes. Add a little salt. Cool the boiled fillet.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Peel the onion from the husk, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Wash the champignons and cut them into slices. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the mushrooms together with onions for 4-5 minutes. Do not forget to stir so that nothing burns. Add a little salt to the mushrooms when frying. Let the fried mushrooms cool completely.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

To assemble the salad, use a cooking ring (16-20cm) or a rim from a detachable mold. Place the ring on a wide dish. Finely chop the chicken fillet and put it in the ring with the first layer of salad. Press the meat down a little so that it fits more tightly. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with mayonnaise.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Put the fried mushrooms in the next layer.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Put the sliced cucumbers into the mold, pressing them a little.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Peel the egg from the shell and grate on a coarse grater. Spread the grated eggs evenly over the salad.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Drain the liquid from the canned pineapples. Cut the pineapples themselves into small cubes and lay out the next layer.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Put the cheese on the last layer. Grate it on a fine or medium grater and spread evenly over the entire surface of the salad. Put the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it is soaked and cooled.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Before serving, remove the ring from the salad.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Decorate the salad and serve it to the table. For decoration, you can use fresh herbs, berries or slices of fried mushrooms. Bon appetit!

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.

Put the washed and peeled mushrooms on a kitchen towel so that it absorbs excess liquid. Leave on for 15-20 minutes so that all moisture is absorbed into the fabric. It is important to dry the mushrooms well, otherwise, saturated with moisture, they will become watery.
