Cooking method
1. Fill the gelatin with water and leave it for 10 minutes (we focus on the instructions on the package).
2. Break the chocolate into a bowl.
3. We also pour condensed milk there.
4. Add the syrup.
5. The swollen gelatin is sent to the rest of the ingredients.
6. Beat with an immersion blender at an angle.
7. Cover with cling film so that it fits snugly to the glaze.
8. We put it in the refrigerator overnight.
That's it, the glaze is ready to use!
To get a beautiful "cosmic" glaze, it must be divided into six cups (two large and four small). After that, add a dye to each cup: in the first large one - dark blue, in the second large one - dark blue and light blue (3:1), in the third - blue, in the fourth - purple, in the fifth - pink, in the sixth - white. The amount of dye depends on what color saturation you want to see on the finished cake. Then pour dark blue icing on the cake, light blue on it, make swirls, then add the rest in any order. It's good to use a cooking brush.
Successful culinary experiments!
