About once a week I cook for breakfast such food as poached eggs. All my family really like it. If you want to pamper your family with a new dish, follow the simple instructions of the recipe. So, we start by taking a piece of white bread, fry it in butter until browning. After that, add vinegar and a little salt to a small saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Now we mix the water intensively and pour the raw chicken egg into the center of the formed funnel. We cook this mass for about 1.5—2 minutes so that the egg white seizes, and the yolk remains liquid. After that, carefully catch the egg with a spoon, let the excess water drain, cut off the excess. Then we spread our prepared egg on an already toasted slice of bread, also lay a tomato circle, a couple of thin slices of pickles. Before serving the poached eggs directly, we decorate it with herbs and mayonnaise to your taste. Bon appetit!
