Kitchen appliances have firmly entered our reality. Therefore, various toast recipes are always relevant and I always write them down if I come across new ones. The recipe for birthday toast is simple and versatile, it can always decorate and diversify not only an exquisite birthday table, but also any family dinner. Liver liver is completely replaced by any pate.
I fry white bread in a toaster. Special bread for making toast is sold, already sliced as it should be, so there is no need to invent anything here if you can use it completely ready. Then I grind liver liver in a blender with softened butter and tomato puree, sometimes also with garlic. The result is a mass with which I spread warm toast.
On top of each sandwich with egg and liver liver, I put half a hard-boiled, pre-cooled and peeled egg. I decorate sandwiches with dill, parsley and basil, and when I serve them to the table and tell the recipe, everyone is surprised how such a wonderful yummy turned out from such simple ingredients.
It is best to wash down sandwiches with egg and liver liver with salty tomato juice. This recipe was in the book attached to the toaster, which contains a couple of dozen options for interesting food that can be prepared on the basis of ordinary bread toasts. I must say, such collections are often attached to kitchen appliances, but they are rarely read. And in vain! I learned to cook a lot of delicious dishes thanks to such standard recipes.
