Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients. Wash and dry the apples, lemon and cucumber. Peel the celery from the root and foliage.
Step 2:
Finely chop the celery. Peel the cucumber, peel the apples and seeds, cut into small pieces, cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice from one half.
Step 3:
Put everything in a blender bowl, pour water and add lemon juice. Beat for 30-40 seconds until smooth. If desired, you can add salt and your favorite spices.
Step 4:
This drink is not recommended to drink in the morning, as the sleepy digestive tract will not be able to process the smoothie properly. It is better to use it as a second breakfast.
