Cottage Cheese Dessert with Stevia (Dukan Diet)

My absolute favorite Dukan dessert! Very sweet, but low in calories! It's been my go-to dessert lately. It combines knockout ingredients that give the body a load of vitamins — and instead of sugar, my discovery: stevia. If you're on the Dukan diet, this is just the thing for you!

Cooking method

    Soak the gelatin in warm water for 5 minutes so it swells. When the time is up, drain off the water.

    Heat the juice in a small saucepan and add the gelatin, cottage cheese, and stevia.

    Separate the yolks from the whites.

    Whisk the whites with the salt to stiff peaks.

    Gently fold them into the cottage cheese mixture and stir. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
