Silky Vanilla-Chocolate Pudding

  • Mix the sugar and flour, then add the milk. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it thicken slightly. Stir in the melted butter and divide into 2 portions. Add the vanilla sugar to one and the cocoa to the other. Heat both again until they thicken a bit more. Pour into serving cups, garnish as you like, and serve—or, better yet, chill them in the fridge for 1 hour first. Enjoy!
