Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

The dish is not difficult to prepare - even a novice cook can cope. So...

I wash the potatoes, after which we peel them and cut them into slices. We shift the sliced potatoes into a medium-sized saucepan, pour clean cold water. So that the potatoes are completely covered with it. We add salt to the water. Put the pan on high heat and bring the contents to a boil. When the water boils, reduce the heat to low and cook the caramel for 15 minutes - until soft. Remove the pan from the heat, drain the water.

While cooking potatoes, we do not waste time in vain. We cut bacon plates. Heat a cast-iron frying pan over high heat, then reduce to medium. We put the bacon, cut into thin plates, in a frying pan. Fry it on both sides. You do not need to use butter - there will be enough fat that has melted from the bacon.

Hunting sausages are cut into large pieces. Peel the red onion, chop it thinly along, while we transfer it to a separate small bowl. We remove the fried bacon from the frying pan, and put the chopped hunting sausages and chopped onions into the melted fat (we leave a little onion to decorate the finished dish). The heating needs medium. Cook the sausages and onions while stirring for 4 minutes. then add vinegar, granulated sugar and a third of finely chopped parsley to the pan.

Cook everything together on low heat until the liquid almost completely disappears. Put the potatoes in the pan, mix everything together, hold for a minute and turn off the heating. Let the dish cool down a little, then add the sliced thin slices of pickles. Sprinkle the finished dish with the remaining chopped parsley, chopped green onions, salt, pepper. Decorate with onions left for later.

Everything is ready! Bon appetit!
