The main thing! - it is necessary to mix the mass well every one and a half to two hours at least three times, it is good to use an immersion blender. If this is not done, then a block of ice is formed, and not an airy porous mass.
Step 7:
Add the pieces of chocolate cut with a knife, mix the fourth time with a spoon, put in the freezer.
Step 8:
Before enjoying the ice cream, you need to take it out of the freezer, hold it at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
