No-Cook Blueberry Jam
Berries with sugar — a vitamin bomb for winter! Everyone make it, fast! It's true, preserves like no-cook jam just sit and sit in the fridge through the fall, taking up space and all that. But then, when the cold weather comes... they come to the rescue when you want something sweet with your tea, when someone's under the weather or chilled to the bone on the way home, or when you're baking something with a filling. And every time, that treasured jar with a summery soul and a bit of sunshine is right there waiting.
