Cooking method
Finely chop the cabbage.
Cut the sausage into strips.
Add salt to the cabbage (0.3 tsp salt per 300 g of cabbage). Mash it without zeal, so that the cabbage will let the juice out a little, it will crumple.
Combine cabbage, sausage and peas.
Add mayonnaise.
Mix.
