    1. Wash and peel the turnip. 2. Cut the root vegetable into thin matchsticks, add a pinch of salt, and toss with your hands, lightly pressing. 3. Wash the currants, sort them, and pull the berries off the stems. 4. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream and lemon juice and mix. 5. Add the currants to the grated turnip and pour the sour cream dressing over them. Set aside a few berries for garnish. 6. Add the honey. Now gently mix everything together. 7. Garnish the finished salad with a sprig of mint and the reserved berries. Enjoy!
