1. Wash and clean the turnips.
2. Cut the root vegetable into small strips, add a pinch of salt and mix with your hands, slightly crushing.
3. Wash the currants, sort them, separate the berries from the twigs.
4. In a separate bowl, put sour cream, pour lemon juice, mix.
5. Add currants to grated turnips, fill them with sour cream dressing. Leave some berries for decoration.
6. Put honey. Now you need to mix everything carefully.
7. Decorate the finished salad with a sprig of mint and the remaining berries.
