Salad with String Cheese

A simple but amazingly tasty summer salad with smoked cheese! I love this refreshing salad any time of year, though of course it's best made in summer — with fresh garden vegetables. The combination of smoked cheese and mayonnaise-dressed vegetables is delicious. Try it!
