- Cut the bell pepper into cubes, and do the same with the cucumbers and onions. Use only the green part of the onions. Mix the chopped vegetables with the drained olives. Cut the feta into cubes. Add it to the salad. Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
