Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake a lush brushwood on kefir? Take the kefir and egg out of the refrigerator in advance, they should be at room temperature. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with a mixer. Add kefir and 40 ml of vegetable oil. Then add the sifted flour and soda, knead a soft dough (you may need a little more or a little less flour, look at the consistency of the dough), leave for 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Divide the dough into two parts, roll out each about a centimeter thick. Cut the dough into rectangles, make a notch inside each with a knife and take out one tip of the brushwood through it. Fry in preheated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3:
Sprinkle the finished brushwood with powdered sugar.
Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
