Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make thin tender pancakes with milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the pancakes will be more tender and airy.
Step 2:
To make pancake batter, take a deep bowl and combine eggs with sugar and salt in it. Beat a little with a mixer. It is not necessary to beat strongly, it is enough that the mass becomes homogeneous.
Step 3:
Then pour warm milk and vegetable oil into the bowl.
Step 4:
Gradually add flour and knead the dough. To do this, use a mixer so that there are no lumps of flour left together.
Step 5:
Then add soda slaked with acid to the dough. It can be vinegar (9%) or lemon juice. The soda will react and begin to foam.
Step 6:
The finished pancake batter will be homogeneous and quite liquid. It is from the liquid dough that thin pancakes are obtained.
Step 7:
Preheat the pancake pan to a hot state. Before the first pancake, brush with vegetable oil. Pour a little dough and spread it over the entire surface of the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
Step 8:
So bake all the pancakes. Stack them on top of each other and cover them with a lid so that they do not dry out. Pancakes are ready! Supplement them with jam, sour cream or condensed milk. Or wrap any stuffing in them. Bon appetit!
Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .
