Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make fluffy pancakes on a snowball? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Heat the snowball to room temperature. Thanks to this, they will be better suited. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen.
Step 2:
To prepare the dough, take a convenient deep bowl. Combine a snowball and an egg in it. Mix everything with a whisk.
Step 3:
Add a little vegetable oil and sugar to the bowl. The amount of sugar can be slightly increased. But keep in mind that the snowball itself is sweet.
Step 4:
Add baking powder to the dough. For flavor, you can add a pinch of vanilla. Adding flour, knead the dough. Flour may take a little more or less. Focus, rather than on the amount of flour, but on the consistency of the dough. The finished dough for pancakes should be thick enough, without lumps of flour. Leave the dough to stand for 10 minutes, covered with a towel.
Step 5:
For frying pancakes, you can take any non-stick frying pan. Preheat it to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil. Spoon a little dough into the pan. Cook the pancakes on low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 6:
Despite the fact that there is no yeast in the dough, the pancakes become lush. Cooking over low heat, the pancakes rise well. They will become an appetizing golden color. Remove them from the pan and serve immediately to the table.
Step 7:
We really love pancakes with condensed milk. But you can take sour cream, jam or jam. Bon appetit!
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
You can check whether the oil has warmed up well enough in the pan in a simple way. Lower a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start the frying process.
If you don't want to add baking powder to the dough, you can replace it with soda. The proportions will be as follows: 1 teaspoon of baking powder = ½ teaspoon of soda + ¼ teaspoon of table vinegar. If the recipe specifies less / more baking powder than 1 tsp, the proportions of soda and vinegar will also be less / more than indicated, be careful.
