Chicken Cutlets Stuffed with Cheese, Breaded
A crispy crust and an amazing filling make these cutlets absolutely divine. You can fry them covered, or just pan-fry them and then finish them in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 10–13 minutes so they cook through. Plate the cheese-stuffed chicken cutlets, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and dig in! Enjoy! This recipe is inspired by the famous chicken Kiev, but the flavor is more delicate and zesty — and you can make them without deep-frying.

- Slice the chicken breasts open and pound them thin, then season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with curry powder, and drizzle with lemon juice. Lay sliced cheese on the chicken, add a little butter, and top with more cheese. Roll up each cutlet, then dredge it in flour, dip it in beaten egg, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. Fry the cutlets in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Transfer them to a baking dish and finish in a 350°F (180°C) oven for about half an hour.
