  • These vegan carrot pancakes turned out not just appetizing and wholesome, but downright pretty. Here's how we made them. Start with raw potatoes: wash and peel them. Next, take the carrots — wash and peel them, too. The last ingredient is the onion; peel and wash it as well. Once your main vegetables are ready, grate them all on a medium grater. Mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add the flour to bind it all, and stir again. Set a skillet over the heat and let it get hot. Add the vegetable oil and fry them like regular potato pancakes — they should come out with a golden crust. Enjoy!
