Lean pancakes with carrots are not only appetizing and healthy, but also very beautiful.
This is how we cooked draniki. Take raw potatoes to begin with. Wash it and peel it. Then take the carrots. Also wash and peel off the skin. The next ingredient is onion. It also needs to be cleaned and washed. After the main vegetables are ready for work, we begin to rub them with a medium grater. Mix all the vegetables together. Salt and pepper to taste. Then add flour to make it stick together. Then mix again.
Put a frying pan on the fire. We heat it up. Pour vegetable oil and fry like ordinary pancakes. They should be with a golden crust.
Bon appetit!
