Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Let's gather the ingredients on the list. The main thing is that all the ingredients are fresh and good quality. The cocoa powder should be natural, with no additives.
-
Step 2:
Sift the cocoa powder into a bowl, add the sugar, a pinch of salt to balance the flavor, and the vanillin, and stir the dry ingredients together.
-
Step 3:
Pour 150 ml of milk into a metal bowl, leaving the rest in a glass. Set the bowl on the stove over medium heat.
-
Step 4:
Add the wheat flour to the glass with the remaining milk and stir thoroughly, breaking up all the lumps.
-
Step 5:
When the milk is hot but not yet boiling, stir in the dry cocoa mixture, mixing it in well right away, then reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring, until the liquid is smooth and uniform.
-
Step 6:
Pour the flour mixture into the bowl of cocoa and, stirring with a spoon, keep cooking the cream over low heat until it's smooth and slightly thickened. Then add the softened butter to the cream, stir again, and keep it over the heat for a few more minutes. Turn off the heat. Let the cream cool and spoon it into dessert glasses to serve as a dessert, or use it to decorate cakes and other baked goods. Enjoy!
