    Pour 150 ml of milk into a metal bowl, leaving the rest in a glass. Set the bowl on the stove over medium heat.

    When the milk is hot but not yet boiling, stir in the dry cocoa mixture, mixing it in well right away, then reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring, until the liquid is smooth and uniform.

    Pour the flour mixture into the bowl of cocoa and, stirring with a spoon, keep cooking the cream over low heat until it's smooth and slightly thickened. Then add the softened butter to the cream, stir again, and keep it over the heat for a few more minutes. Turn off the heat.
