Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Set of products. Be sure to use ALL the spices! Minced meat-already with garlic and onion.
Step 2:
Knead the dough from these ingredients. The water should be warm. Cover it with a bowl and do the filling.
Step 3:
Chop the greens, mix with minced meat. Add spices, vodka, soy sauce.
Step 4:
Add olive oil.
Step 5:
Mix. We try it with salt-I salted it. If the stuffing turns out to be cool, add a couple of spoonfuls of water. The consistency of the minced meat should be thicker than on the dumplings, so that it can be smeared with a spoon, but it was not very liquid.
Step 6:
Divide the dough into four parts, mince is also divided into four portions on the scales.
Step 7:
Roll out each part of the dough into a circle and then stretch it with your hands so that the dough shines through.
Step 8:
Divide the circle mentally into four sectors and spread one portion of minced meat on three quarters.
Step 9:
Make an incision as shown in the photo.
Step 10:
Wrap it up once.
Step 11:
Wrap two.
Step 12:
And the third time. We get such a triangle. Gently pinch the open edge.
Step 13:
Smooth it out and slowly roll it with a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.5 cm, trying not to tear.
Step 14:
Grease the frying pan with olive oil with a thin layer, heat it well. We spread one flatbread and quickly fry it until it is ruddy on high heat. Then turn it over and repeat on the other side. After that, we make a weak light, pour a little water and immediately close the lid. Cook on low heat until the water evaporates, about three minutes.
Step 15:
In the same way, we prepare the other three tortillas. Immediately after cooking, we put them on a dish in a stack and lubricate each one abundantly with butter.
Step 16:
Serve Chinese tortillas hot with herbs and soy sauce, cut in half. Yummy-there are no words! Bon appetit!
