Step-by-step cooking
1. In a deep bowl, add flour, cocoa, powdered sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix it up.
2. Peel the bananas and puree them.
3. Add the butter, egg yolks and banana puree cut into pieces to the dry mixture. Replace elastic, soft, non-sticky dough. Form a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
4. Get the dough and divide it into two parts. Roll out the first part with a thickness of at least 0.3 mm. Put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
5. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and cut out circles with a notch. In one part of the blanks, cut out a small heart in the middle with a notch.
6. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Transfer the cookie blanks to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Transfer to the grill and let cool. Do the same with the second part of the test. Icing for cookies:
7. Melt white icing (or white chocolate) in the microwave. Using a spatula, spread the icing on the cookies without a notch in the form of a heart, and put the cookies with a notch on top. Press down a little. Do this with all cookies. The cookies are ready. You can drink tea.
