Step-by-step cooking
Fillet cut into small pieces.
Cut pineapples into small pieces.
Mix soy sauce and ketchup.
Mix the fillet and sauce, refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
String fillets and pineapples on skewers, alternating.
Grease the baking sheet with a little oil or cover with baking paper, lay out the skewers.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
