Step-by-step cooking
Combine finely grated carrots with vegetable oil, honey and raisins. Sift flour and mix with salt, baking powder, oat flakes.
Combine both parts of the dough, knead into a homogeneous mass.
Put small cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.Put it in a hot oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
