1. Rinse the mushrooms if necessary. You can just wipe it with a napkin. Chop coarsely and dry in the oven (at 150 degrees for 30 minutes).
2. Chop the mushrooms in a blender. Do not take out the resulting mass!
3. Peel onions and carrots and chop coarsely, fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Let cool. Put it in a blender with the mushrooms and chop everything together.
4. Salt the caviar, add soy sauce. You can also add black pepper, garlic, walnuts... This is already to taste.
Caviar is ready.
