To make cookies, we need a bag of Cappuccino with amaretto and a teaspoon of instant coffee, which we dissolve in a tablespoon of boiling water. Softened butter is rubbed with sugar and egg, add a solution of coffee and cappuccino, mix thoroughly. To the resulting mass, add the sifted flour with baking powder and knead the dough. In the finished dough, we mix chopped nuts and chocolate. From the prepared dough, we form balls, after wetting our hands in water, since the dough is a little sticky. We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and put our balls on it. Nuts can be placed on top. Bake at a temperature of 180 g. 12-15 minutes.
