We will need frozen yeast dough. However, you can cook it yourself. The dough is defrosted, the potatoes need to be washed and cooked in a uniform. When it is cooked, we will peel it from the skin. Now take the onion and garlic cloves, peel them, chop them and pass them in butter in a frying pan until the onion becomes transparent. In a deep bowl, mix cream, chicken eggs (leave one yolk to lubricate the pie), grated hard cheese, chopped parsley. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Finely chop the boiled potatoes and add them to the same place. The filling is ready. Now you need to form two layers from the dough. We will put one in a mold, which we will pre-lubricate with oil, then the filling and cover with a second layer of dough on top. The edges need to be pinched, lubricate the pie with potatoes with yolk. Bake at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes. Bon appetit!
