Cooking time: 1 h 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare all the ingredients. Melt the butter and cool. Combine the egg with sugar and beat with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Add 4 tablespoons of milk and cooled butter to the egg-sugar mixture and mix everything well again.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Gradually sift the flour into the resulting mixture and knead the elastic, non-sticky dough. The finished dough is placed in a plastic bag and put in the freezer for 1 hour, so that the ball freezes well. Take a baking sheet, cover it with baking paper. We take the dough out of the freezer and put it on a coarse grater.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

We distribute the dough on the baking sheet so that it lies in one layer and send it to bake in a preheated oven to 160 degrees until golden brown (for about 10 – 15 minutes). We take the finished crumb out of the oven and let it cool down. Walnuts are cleaned and crushed with a rolling pin. We open the jar with condensed milk and transfer the milk to a deep bowl.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Gradually add walnuts and still warm crumbs to the milk in portions and mix until smooth. We take some kind of container expanded to the top, which would resemble the shape of cones (I used a glass), moisten it with water, so that the mass departs well and fill the glass with mass. We turn the glass over and with a sharp movement of the hand we extract the future bump from the glass and place it on the dish.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Sprinkle the cookies with coconut chips or powdered sugar on top. Cookies turn out to be very satisfying and may well replace a New Year's cake. Cookies "New Year cones" are ready! Bon appetit!
