Preparing the dough. Grind the egg yolks with sugar and add to the softened butter. Then add sour cream, salt and flour mixed with baking powder. If there is no baking powder, then you can use 0.5 teaspoons of soda. Knead the dough and bake the cakes on a greased baking sheet. It should turn out somewhere 3 cakes.
For the cream, it is necessary to grind prunes in a meat grinder. Softened butter is whipped with ½ cup powdered sugar and mixed with sour cream, whipped with ½ cup powdered sugar. Add this mixture to the chopped prunes and pour the chopped walnuts there. Mix everything well.
We smear the finished cakes with cream.
The top and sides of the cake are coated with egg white whipped with ½ cup powdered sugar. On top of the cake, you can decorate with grated chocolate and walnut kernels. The finished cake is sent to the refrigerator for impregnation for at least 5 hours, and even better for the night.
