Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients. We take the oil out of the refrigerator in advance.
Step 2:
Put the soft butter in a bowl, add sugar to it and mix with a fork. Add 2 eggs to the butter-sugar mixture and mix with a mixer at low speed. Combine the flour with baking powder, sift and knead a soft, elastic, slightly sticky dough. Cover the dough with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. We prepare the cream. To do this, beat the sour cream with a glass of sugar with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3:
Put the cream in the refrigerator. We take the dough out of the refrigerator, form balls of dough with a diameter of 2 cm and put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. We send the balls to bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4:
During baking, the balls should grow in width and height and turn from balls into cakes – do not be afraid, this is how it should be. We take the finished cakes out of the oven and let them cool down. We take the cream out of the refrigerator and form a cake. We take a flat dish, dip each cake in sour cream and spread it on a dish, spread it with a slide. Top the cake with the remnants of sour cream and decorate with coconut chips.
Step 5:
We put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that it is soaked and becomes homogeneous. The finished cake is cut into portions and served to the table. The cake is versatile and very quick to prepare. After all, you don't need to bother with baking cakes one piece at a time anymore. You immediately bake all the balls, and then just smear them and leave them to freeze. Saving time – on the face.
