Fluffy buns in cream sauce with sugar

Very tasty and hearty buns in the most delicate cream sauce! The buns turned out to be very lush and tender, soaked in sauce. A small part of the cream remained at the bottom. The cream turned out to have a caramel-filling taste and was very in harmony with the buns.

Knead the dough. Put it in a deep bowl, greased with vegetable oil, and put it in a warm place for proofing. Melt the dough for about 2 hours.

The ingredients for the sauce are simply mixed. Pour the sauce into the mold.



 From the risen dough, tear off pieces, roll balls in your hands and put them in a mold. Lubricate the top with a mixture of yolk and milk.



Let the dough stand for another 15 minutes and bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.



Pour the formed sauce over the buns two or three times during baking.
