Homemade truffles

Extremely delicious sweets with waffle sprinkles! The recipe is a little troublesome. The longest is to fill the baking tray with truffles. And not very expensive, which is nice. It can be done, for example, on a child's birthday, in kindergarten or at school. It's better than candy. At least, more natural. A favorite recipe from childhood, now my children and even my husband really like it. Making dough is a pleasure: it is kneaded quickly, it turns out plastic, it is well divided into pieces. Delicious, even without sugar. I usually make a double portion of dough, fudge and buy more waffles at once. Truffles are eaten with "hooray!" Try it!

So: cook the eggs, take out the yolks, rub them with sour cream so that there are no lumps left.
Add the melted butter and knead it well with a spoon (if the butter is hard, then you can grate it on a grater.)
Pour flour through a sieve, and knead the dough well with your hands. To a homogeneous consistency.
Roll out into balls, pulling out one edge, like a candy. Spread on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes . at 250'.
They will not become very ruddy, readiness can be checked by breaking one cookie.
Meanwhile, cook the chocolate: mix milk, cocoa, sugar and butter and boil over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly.
We rub waffles separately into a plate (it's better to do this in advance.)
We dip the finished product with two forks into hot fudge, then into waffles.
Sweets (or cookies, whatever you call it) we put in a vase or in a cake box. And in the cold. I have enough patience for now. Just kidding :-))
That's basically it. Help yourself.

Sometimes after truffles there are waffles - from this you can make a wonderful confectionery sausage by adding pieces of cookies and nuts, and pouring it all with chocolate fudge.
Unlike truffles, we freeze the sausage in the freezer. Half an hour.
